Fast Forward Evolution LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fast Forward mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

By using Fast Forward, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

• Personal Information: Name and gender you provide during onboarding
• Health & Fitness Data: Fasting times, fat burn streaks, weight, meals logged, macros, and exercise sessions
• App Usage Data: Feature usage patterns to improve the app experience
• Device Information: Device type and operating system for technical support

All health and fitness data you enter is stored locally on your device using secure storage. We do not collect this data on our servers unless you explicitly use features that require cloud sync.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Fast Forward app experience
• To calculate and display your fasting timers, fat burn ring, and metabolic phases
• To track your progress toward your health and fasting goals
• To improve app features based on usage patterns
• To respond to support requests

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not share your health data with advertisers
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising
• We do not collect precise GPS location
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone without explicit permission

Heart Rate Scanner

The heart rate scanner feature in Fast Forward provides wellness estimates only. It is not a medical device and results are not intended for medical use. Heart rate readings are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

Third-Party Services

Fast Forward uses the following third-party services:

• USDA FoodData Central API: Used to search food nutrition data. No personal data is sent to USDA.
• Firebase: Used for optional cloud features. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Expo / EAS: Used for app delivery and updates.

Children's Privacy

Fast Forward is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.

If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any data collection beyond what is necessary for the app to function
